Key Responsibilities:
- -Partnering with Store Sales Manager to manage store sales and managing shrink within company guidelines and goals.
-Setting an example for team by utilizing Vanity's 5 steps of selling to maximize results
- Supporting Store Sales Manager in identifying, recruiting, and managing proper staffing of the store.
- Participating in a team environment that fosters loyalty by creating clear and effective direction to the team.
-Assisting with maintaining visual standards within store and implements promotional guidelines in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- To succeed in this position, you must be talented in leadership, customer service, selling and organizational skills, as well as, effectively communicate thru both verbal and written communication. A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of retail store management experience is required, along with a High School degree or GED equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older.
