Nomination Forms will be available in the center of Prairie Hills Mall. Pick up your nomination form(s) from February 14 through April 5, 2010. Deadline for entries will be April 5, 2010.
Saturday, April 24, 2010 Prairie Hills Mall will award 10 outstanding kids and young adults during a special awards ceremony.
